Buttery Mushrooms on Toast

  1. Melt butter in a large fry pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds before adding mushrooms and thyme. Fry stirring for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile toast Sourdough until golden.
  3. Add cream and parsley to mushrooms, season well to taste and serve on toast alongside avocado.
